Dubrovnik to Sipan
Day 1

Dubrovnik to Sipan

Today we take to the seas! Known for its historical medieval architecture, admire Dubrovnik’s Ancient City Walls from sea as we depart in the afternoon. After a short sail we arrive at the idyllic island of Sipan, the largest of the Elaphiti Islands. Explore the secluded bays, go paddleboarding or catch some rays on the deck. After a lazy afternoon, we’ll have sunset drinks before dining in a local konoba.

Day 2

Mljet

Calling all nature lovers, next up is the tiny green unspoilt island of Mljet. Discover Mljet National Park's pine forest by bike or explore the salt lakes by kayak. Don't miss the Benedictine Monastery in the middle of the lakes.

Lumbarda, Korcula
Day 3

Lumbarda, Korcula

After a morning swim, we arrive at the old fishing town of Lumbarda on the island of Korcula. Enjoy the afternoon relaxing on the beach before making your way to Korcula old town. Meander the postcard maze-like backstreets and discover where famous explorer Marco Polo was born. The evening is yours to spend sampling traditional cuisine and cocktails – make sure you pop into the famous Massimo’s rooftop bar for amazing views.

Loviste

We sail to Loviste on the Peljesac Peninsula. Laze the day away or paddleboard in the crystal-clear turquoise water. Tuck into a top Croatian dinner and enjoy a superb sunset, topped off with an evening under the stars.

Vroboska, Hvar

We arrive this afternoon in the peaceful old 15th century fishing town as we relax before our evening activities. Hvar boasts ancient ruins, medieval churches, poet Petar Hektorovic’s 16th-century Tvrdalj castle – and fantastic nightlife! If you’re in the mood for a party, you’re just a short picturesque bus ride over the island to Hvar Town for a night to remember!

Stari Grad

We’ll start the day off with a fresh breakfast and morning swim at a nearby quiet bay. We arrive for the afternoon in this peaceful old fishing town, as we relax before our evening’s activities. Here we have the option to visit to the organic farm and winery, Hora vineyards, where you can embrace the very best of Croatian hospitality. Watch the sun go down at this idyllic and UNESCO listed country side.

Supetar to Split

With a mix of historic architecture and modern lifestyles, Split boasts two UNESCO heritage sites. Located near our marina, explore the 13th century buildings of Trogir, or dating back to 305AD you can visit nearby Diocletian’s Palace. Enjoy a stroll along the tree-lined streets or a night out with your group in the thriving restaurant and bar scene.

Split to Plitvice Lakes

From Split, we make our way inland to Croatia's largest National Park. It's no wonder why Plitvice Lakes is Croatia's most popular attraction with beautiful waterfalls, lush vegetation and countless blue-green tiered lakes.

Plitvice Lakes to Zagreb

We continue further inland to the vibrant Zagreb. Take an evening stroll through Upper Town's cobblestone streets and church spires or Lower Town's mash-up of neo-baroque and art deco buildings. Or head to the grittier pockets to see concrete walls transformed into colourful murals. Either way, this city was made for walking.

Zagreb to Graz

Leaving Zagreb behind, we head for Austria. Take in the glorious countryside as we make our way to Graz, known as an instant heart-stealer. A sea of red rooftops, abundant parkland and a beautiful bluff paint the scene for the perfect lunch stop.

Graz to Vienna

Continuing north to the capital city, Vienna, you will be captivated by its imperial palaces and baroque streetscapes. With it's buzzing modern culinary scene, along with a musical past that includes luminaries like Mozart and Beethoven, be prepared to be swept away with Vienna's charm.

Vienna to Bratislava

A short drive away we stop into Bratislava, a mosaic of illustrious history. Surrounded by vineyards and mountains, making the Bratislava castle more unique and spectacular. Don't miss the lively pedestrian-only, 18th century old town before we continue our journey.

This afternoon we arrive in “the City of a Hundred Spires", Prague, famous for its medieval buildings, gothic churches and beautiful riverside views. Explore the 'Old Town' or discover how Prague has claimed the title of 'beer capital of the world' with a pilsner.

Prague

Today we're lucky to experience the magic of Prague. Explore the majestic Prague Castle, Primatial Palace, the famous Charles Bridge and the Jewish Quarter. There is also a ‘Secret Garden’ which leads to a man-made grotto - see if you can find it!

Prague to Dresden

As we say goodbye to Prague we stop by the city of Dresden. Known for its idyllic location on the banks of the river, it's the perfect stop for lunch. Sample some mouth-watering street food bratwurst and currywurst. Enjoy walking around the beautifully paved streets admiring Baroque wonders.

Dresden to Berlin

Onwards to Germany's capital, Berlin, with it's combo of glamour and grit it is bound to mesmerise. On arrival, we'll take a driving tour of this amazing cultural city to discover the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, Prussian Palace and other landmarks.

Spend the day exploring the very best of Berlin including Berlin Wall's graffiti remains. Visit one of the numerous galleries and museums or head to Museum Island. With its lively culture, cutting-edge architecture, fabulous food, substantial history and intense parties, be ready for a good time!

Berlin to Amsterdam

As we travel north to Amsterdam, known for its artistic heritage and elaborate canal systems, we take a stop at a world famous windmill. Hop on a bike to explore the city like a local, riding past famous landmarks in this eclectic bohemian city.

Day 15

Amsterdam to Brussels

Today we drive to Brussels, the capital of Belgium. Discover the Grand Palace or Brussels Comic Book Museum. For lunch, we'll sample some tasty Belgian dishes including mussels, frites and world famous waffles! With a glass of Belgian beer, let's toast to our adventure before we continue to Paris.

After our drive into the city of love we take a driving tour of the city. We'll see treasured landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, Cathedral of Notre Dame and the Arc de Triomphe. Afterwards, we'll enjoy dinner parisian style in the Latin Quarter.

Today we have the entire day to check out all of the famous Parisian sites. Explore the Seine River by foot or by boat, be an art buff at the Louvre to see the Mona Lisa, people watch at one of many sidewalk cafes, shop along the Champs-Elysees or for those young at heart, head to Disneyland Paris.

Paris to Burgundy

Av revoir Paris! Today we depart on a scenic drive and cross the border into Switzerland. On our way, we stop for lunch in the prestigious wine region, Burgundy. Sample the Burgundy wines, and other varietals, while you take in the rolling hills and wander one of the medieval villages.

Continuing our journey, we drive past crystal clear rivers and snow capped mountains as we get closer to the Swiss Alps. Settling in at our Alpine Resort where we will spend the next two days with some of the most spectacular views.

Today we explore all that the Swiss Alps have to offer! Enjoy a full day on the top of Mount Titlis, take a scenic train journey, find picturesque walking trails, cosy up with Swiss Cheese Fondue, or stroll through medieval landmarks in the old towns.

Swiss Alps to Monaco

As we say goodbye to the Swiss Alps and venture to the French coast we visit Monaco, the playground for the wealthy! The world's second-smallest country is known for the legendary Casino de Monte-Carlo. With a bit of free time, try your luck at the tables!

After your high-roller afternoon we finish off along the French Riviera in the town of Nice. With its vibrant street life and stunning seaside sunsets, be sure to keep your eyes open for celebrities and stars who frequent the town!

From Nice we travel along the rugged Italian Riviera coastline, stopping at the legendary Cinque Terre villages. Partake in the cliffside walk and stop at one of the seaside villages for tasty local cuisine. Or, simply take in views of the steep terraces, colourful houses and harbours filled with fishing boats.

Back on the road, we arrive into the exquisite Tuscan region, famous for wine, food, architecture, and a movie or two. Before settling in under the Tuscan Sun, we stop at the world famous Leaning Tower of Pisa so you can grab that perfect insta photo.

As we say goodbye to the Tuscan region, we stop in the cultural city of Florence with a walking tour of this Renaissance city. History oozes out of every pore of this artistic and cultural centre, home to Michelangelo’s ‘David’, the Duomo, and boutique shopping.

We press onwards to the Ancient City of Rome, Italy's capital. Explore the world's smallest city, The Vatican. See inside the most popular attractions such as St. Peter's Basilica, The Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, with its famous ceiling painted by Michelangelo!

Today we continue to experience everything Rome has to offer! Tour the Colosseum and Roman Forum, toss a coin into the Trevi Fountain and grab gelato outside the Colosseum! Visit one of the most beautiful squares, the romantic Piazza Navona - lined with trendy cafes, shops and restaurants.

We travel from Rome to Venice; a unique city, perched across 118 islands. See the world-famous St Marks Square, Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge and be sure to enjoy a legendary gondola ride, a must do in Venice!

Get your cameras ready, from Venice we'll head to Lake Bled for a picture perfect experience. The blue-green lake has an island, clifftop medieval castle, and picturesque mountains allowing the perfect insta photo opportunity.

Lake Bled to Ljubljana

From the unforgettable lake, it's only a short drive to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Despite its small size, it features a wealth of cultures, activities and sights. Wander the breathtaking Ljubljana Castle overlooking the city dating back to the 16th Century!

Ljubljana to Budapest

Departing Ljubljana we journey across the border into Hungary. The drive along the way is full of rolling hills, vineyards and the largest lake of the region, Lake Balaton. Once we reach the eclectic city of Budapest, we will spend the evening dancing away at one of the legendary ruin bars.

Blessed with an abundance of hot springs, and known to cure a macskajaj (hangover), start the day 'taking the waters' in Budapest at the famous Szechenyi baths. From there roam the city streets to spot historic remains, new flamboyant architecture, taste Hungarian goulash or take a leisurely walk along the Danube.

Budapest to Belgrade

Leaving Budapest we make our way to the capital of Serbia, Belgrade. Known as the "White City", this gritty exuberant city is considered one of Europe's most happening. Where the Sava and Danube Rivers kiss, discover the lively pedestrian boulevard of Knex Mihailova, the ancient Belgrade Fortress, Savamala quarter and Kalemegdan park.

Belgrade to Mostar

From Belgrade we pass through a beautiful slice of the past, Mostar. This enchanting and historical town in Bosnia-Herzegovina has stunning religious buildings with Roman and Ottoman influences but the main landmark is the majestic stone arc of Stari Most Bridge.

Mostar to Split

Our journey continues into Split for the final day. Taste some local cuisine, enjoy cocktails amongst ruins or seaside before saying good bye to your Wild Kiwi family.
