Travel Conditions
At Wild Kiwi Tours, we do our best to deliver exceptional experiences. However, we may need to make changes due to circumstances beyond our control. This could include altering routes, or transport. If we need to cancel a tour due to low numbers or operational reasons, we’ll try to arrange an alternative operator. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued.
- A minimum of 4 passengers is usually required for a tour to operate.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by third-party providers, or factors outside of our control such as natural disasters, mechanical issues, or civil disruptions.
- Refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of a tour or optional activities you choose not to take part in.
- Wild Kiwi Tours is not liable for lost personal items or luggage left on the vehicle.
- We reserve the right to remove passengers from a tour if their behaviour negatively impacts others. In such cases, no refunds will be given.
- During peak travel periods (typically November to March), some overnight destinations may have limited accommodation availability. If this affects your booking, we’ll offer alternative dates or a revised itinerary where possible.
- Not all tours operate daily and are subject to availability. In rare cases of vehicle breakdowns or significant delays (over 2 hours), compensation will be considered.
Travel Restrictions or Force Majeure
- If you are unable to attend your tour due to government-imposed travel restrictions, illness, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond your control, please get in touch. If your cancellation falls within the non-refundable window, we may offer credit valid for 12 months at our discretion.
