Day 1 Auckland to Coromandel: Leave the city for the coast, with time to explore Cathedral Cove and soak in the natural hot pools at Hot Water Beach.
Day 2 Coromandel to Rotorua: Travel south to Rotorua, stopping at Wai-O-Tapu for vivid geothermal pools, steam vents and volcanic landscapes.
Day 3 Rotorua: Spend the day choosing your own pace, from rafting, luging and zorbing to an optional Māori cultural experience and hāngī dinner.
